
I had a leftover fried chicken and i felt like i want to eat Indonesian food. So i made this Fried Rice Stick..and it was so tasty..even my hubby asked me to make this again for the next day. And..it's so easy also to make.. :)
Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed and minced
300 g dried rice stick noodles, soaked in warm water to soften, drained
4 red chilli, minced
2 eggs
2 pcs Fried Chicken cut into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
50 cc chicken stock
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt to taste
6 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
Heat the oil in a wok, add garlic stir-fry until it smells good
Add red chilli stir-fry for a few seconds.
Add egg, make a scrumble
Add chicken and stir-fry over for 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock, soy sauce, salt, and sugar, let it boiled
Once its boiled add rice stick, mix well
Cook until the gravy absorb by the rice stick
Enjoy!
