
Ingredients :
2 Carrot, diced
1 cup small broccoli florets
1 cup small cauliflower florets
4 sausage, cut into small chunks
2 tomatoes, diced
5 clove garlic, minced
2 egg
salt to taste
3 red chilli, diced
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 block chicken seasoning
1 cup water
Soy sauce to taste
2 tbsp oil
Directions:
In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
Sautee garlic until it smells good
Add red chilli and egg, make scrumble
Add carrot and sausage, cook until the carrots are wither
Add water chicken seasoning (or you can use stock), cook until boiled
Add cauli flower, brocolli and green onion. Cook until the vegetables are crisp but still fresh.
Add pepper, salt, soy sauce. Stir a bit
Add tomatoes
Let it cook for another 5 min
Serve hot with rice or eaten by itself
