
Ingredients:
1 medium size onion
6 boiled egg
1/2 inch ginger
3 cloves garlic
3 dry red chilies
2 tomatoes, cut into little pieces (my tomato was finish, so i use tomato sauce)
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon cummin seeds
a pinch of hing
2 bay leaves
1/2 cinnamon stick
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup of water
2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
Directions:


Remove the shell of boiled eggs, cut into 2 pieces & keep aside
Grind onion, ginger and garlic with chopper or food processor
Heat oil in a wok add hing, bay leaves, cinnamon and cummin seed, let cummin seed splatter
Heat oil in a wok add hing, bay leaves, cinnamon and cummin seed, let cummin seed splatter
Add onion-garlic paste, and fry till golden brown
Add tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and chilli powder, fry till it starts leaving oil
Add 1/2 cup of water, simmer and let the gravy become thick
Add garam masala and chat masala, mix well
Add Egg, leave for 5 minutes
Serve hot with rice
